Remote Digital Marketing Opportunity with Zachary Daniels

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly motivated and organized Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a fully remote basis. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our marketing goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Assist in designing and creating email templates, managing email databases, and tracking metrics to measure campaign success.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report on the success of marketing campaigns, activities, and channels to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Marketing Support: Provide support to the sales team on their deals and projects, including data segmentation, data delivery, and project coordination.
  • Marketing Project Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing projects, managing timelines, and communicating with team members.
  • Supplier and Partner Liaison: Liaise with suppliers and partners on joint projects or where they are assisting us.
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning: Support in planning and executing the marketing strategy, both internally and for our customers.
  • Marketing Collateral: Assist in updating on and offline marketing materials, including websites, presentations, and thought leadership.
  • Social Media Strategy and Content: Support in social media strategy and content creation, including scheduling posts and monitoring metrics.
  • Administrative Support: Provide broader administrative support where needed.

Requirements:

  • Marketing Experience: Experience, exposure, and interest in marketing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
  • Organization and Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Marketing Email Platforms: Experience with marketing email platforms, such as Force24 or Instiller.
  • HTML and CMS: Understanding or experience with HTML coding and a website CMS.
  • Microsoft Excel: Experience using Microsoft Excel.
  • Teamwork and Motivation: Able to work and be highly motivated to work as both part of a team and independently.
  • Adaptability and Reliability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and react quickly to market changes and customer needs.
  • Personal Qualities: Reliable, hardworking, and honest.
