Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble products following established company processes.
  • Construct and assemble pre-builds, assemblies, and finished goods as directed by the Production Planner and Supervisor.
  • Select parts as per work orders using the company's inventory management system.
  • Utilize tools and equipment according to provided instructions.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
  • Monitor and report stock levels of components, notifying the Purchasing Coordinator of low inventory.
  • Participate in bi-annual stock takes.
  • Assist with incoming goods, verifying counts against delivery notes and organizing stock appropriately.

Qualifications:
- HNC in Engineering or equivalent experience/qualification
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting
- Proficient soldering skills
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical assemblies
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, Quality, and Build Standards or equivalent experience
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- IT proficiency
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Effective communication skills
- Awareness of Health & Safety regulations
