Key Responsibilities:

As a Network Analyst - Projects at Microland, you will be responsible for:

· Analyzing configuration files in target switches (Catalyst & Meraki access switches only) to identify areas for improvement.

· Selecting target interfaces on each Catalyst switch for modification to include 802.1x commands, ensuring seamless integration with existing network infrastructure.

· Creating a target list of devices and interfaces to modify, which will be placed in a SharePoint and a corresponding ServiceNow Change Request form.

· Collaborating with the Automation Engineer to select the target RPA for execution of the change, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Work Environment:

As a remote worker, you will be required to work from home or a designated remote work location, with regular check-ins and collaboration with the team.
