Site Agent/Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Agent/Project Manager to join our team at RSS Infrastructure. As a Site Agent/Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
  • Provide leadership to the site team, manage subcontractors, and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar position, with a track record of delivering successful projects in rail and civil engineering.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
