Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Spa Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests to the Spa, providing a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with show rounds, answer phone calls and emails, and book guests for treatments and classes.
  • Spa Operations: Maintain a clean and tidy reception area, ensure accurate knowledge of hotel operations, and assist with general Spa cleaning duties.
  • Treatment and Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on treatment and product knowledge, ensuring exceptional service and recommendations.
  • Pool and Health & Safety: Conduct regular pool and health and safety checks, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Training and Development: Participate in and support training and team meetings, including Pool Emergency Responder and Pool Plant training.
  • Open and Close Procedures: Complete open and close procedures, including processing payments and ensuring accurate records.
  • Additional Duties: Assist in all areas of Spa operation as requested by management, ensuring adherence to hygiene, health, and safety procedures and legislation.
