We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Import Coordinator to join our team at First Choice Staff. As an Import Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the import process from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate import activities, including customs entries and logistics management
  • Prioritize customer service workload and communicate order changes promptly
  • Provide training on in-house computer systems and ensure quality and quantity of work meet high standards
  • Liaise with customers on system-related issues and maintain a high standard of housekeeping

Desirable Skills:

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Cargowise and Air and Sea modes
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
  • High level of PC literacy
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt

Working Arrangements:

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, core hours 0800-1730
  • Office-based role
