Insight Executive Group is collaborating with a leading global Facilities Management service provider in search of a Facilities Operations Manager.

This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary, and we are seeking candidates with a strong background in technical services.

The ideal Facilities Operations Manager will possess extensive technical expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems. While project management experience is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the provision of all mechanical, electrical, and related maintenance services across the designated site.
  • Leading a team of engineers and subcontractors to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient services, maintaining service levels in accordance with contractual KPIs, and managing supplier and labor costs to meet financial objectives.
  • Generating precise management reports as required and ensuring timely submission to relevant stakeholders.
  • Playing a pivotal role in supporting site audits, which may encompass quality, health and safety, environmental, and financial assessments.
  • Addressing customer escalations and facilitating effective communication, while providing support, advice, and guidance to engineers and the planning team to optimize resource utilization.

  • Strong financial acumen to manage operational expenditures effectively.
