About the Role

The Priory Learning Trust is seeking a dedicated English teacher to join our team at The King Alfred School Academy. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  2. Establish a positive and productive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of curriculum objectives and assessment strategies.
  4. Provide individualized support to students, tailoring instruction to meet their unique needs and abilities.
Requirements
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  2. Passion for teaching English language and literature.
  3. Relevant teaching experience in KS3 and KS4.
