ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Petrol Engine Calibration Product Leader, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative petrol engine software and calibration solutions for our P6 Petrol models, encompassing both P-HEV and M-HEV applications.

Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the effective delivery of foundational calibration settings, which include airpath, fuel path, and ignition parameters. You will lead a talented cross-functional team responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from software requirements to calibration and validation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the strategic plan for engine software and calibration delivery.
  • Prioritize the team's tasks in alignment with overarching organizational goals.
  • Provide updates on progress and challenges during senior management reviews.
  • Guide the team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Conduct data-driven technical reporting to inform decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • In-depth knowledge of engine calibration, particularly in balancing fuel efficiency, noise, vibration, and emissions.
  • Previous experience in vehicle-level calibration and testing.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
  • Comprehensive understanding of calibration data management and associated processes.
  • Awareness of project delivery timelines within the PCDS framework.
  • Experience with complex embedded software systems.
