This role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of our offices in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, where you'll work alongside visionary minds in the automotive field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and deliver high voltage powertrain system requirements, including hardware and software aspects.
  • Analyze and understand key high voltage control strategies, including energy management.
  • Work at vehicle, system, and component levels on validation plans.
  • Align with homologation teams to ensure vehicle delivery into multiple markets.
  • Develop and own High Voltage Powertrain System FMEA, supporting project engineers in component DFMEA.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in delivering high voltage electric powertrain systems in an automotive engineering environment.
  • Experience in System FMEA and DFMEA development.
  • Knowledge of vehicle testing and analysis using measurement and calibration tools.
  • Demonstrable understanding of high voltage architectures and underlying principles and technologies.
  • Possession of an Electronics, Control Systems, Automotive, or similar honours engineering degree.
