Grounds Maintenance Operative

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Estate Services Team in South London.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our estates. This will involve tasks such as litter and leaves collection, using petrol and electric tools, mowing and strimming of grassed areas, hedgetrimming, general gardening duties, and transportation of grounds maintenance equipment.

You will represent Clarion Housing Group with courtesy and respect towards our residents, providing a helpful and supportive service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our estates
  • Carry out tasks such as litter and leaves collection, using petrol and electric tools
  • Mow and strim grassed areas, and perform hedgetrimming duties
  • Transport grounds maintenance equipment using vans and towing trailers
  • Represent Clarion Housing Group with courtesy and respect towards our residents

Requirements:

  • Full valid manual UK driving licence
  • Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
