Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at Manpower UK Ltd. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services to a range of clients throughout the local area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality grounds maintenance services to clients, including grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, and flower bed maintenance.
  • Work safely and efficiently, using a range of equipment and hand tools.
  • Ensure a safe working environment is maintained at all times.
  • Conduct day-to-day maintenance and safety checks on all equipment.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • Be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Hold a full valid UK Driving License.
  • Be willing to learn and open to training.
  • Have a safety-conscious mindset.
  • Be capable of working safely using a range of equipment and hand tools.
  • Have experience working in a busy team and providing a high-quality service.
  • Experience in a similar Grounds Maintenance role is desirable.
