About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Operations Support Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations and contributing to our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate invoices on Xero to send to customers
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, including Excel, to produce and amend reports, which are then sent to customers via Outlook
  • Develop expertise in our Fleet Management Software system, which will enable you to efficiently manage bookings, invoices, and other business-related tasks
  • Respond to customer inquiries and manage ongoing rental bookings, both over the phone and in person
  • Calculate estimates and complete booking sheets on the Fleet Management Software and Excel
  • Send documents to customers using Docu-sign
Requirements
  • A strong desire to learn and expand knowledge on internal systems
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent timekeeping and a strong work ethic
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with others
