Hours: 30 hours per week

Salary: £12.80 per hour, 25% colleague discount, 28-days annual leave pro rata

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Supervisor to join our team at The Plaza, Town Centre. As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and coaching our Store Colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

You will be responsible for assisting in leading a team of colleagues, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also be expected to drive financial performance by meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of Store Colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assist in driving financial performance by meeting sales targets
  • Maintain stock accuracy and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store by identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous retail experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
  • Passion and enthusiasm for our products
  • The ability to complete regular computer-based training to ensure exceptional product knowledge
