About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Getinge Ltd. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our medical equipment in hospitals and facilities throughout the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine testing and servicing of medical equipment to the relevant standards
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to customers and colleagues
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Travel up to 80% to meet the requirements of the role
Requirements
  • Recognised qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
  • Experience of field-based work and working with medical equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
