Kreischer Miller is a leading accounting, tax, and advisory firm in the Greater Philadelphia area, committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Advisory team.

About the Role

This is a key position that will serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to our clients, providing expert guidance on transaction advisory services, business valuations, and financial analysis. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to understand the "big picture," identify key issues, and prioritize analysis/output among many competing tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist mid-market companies in evaluating and analyzing acquisition opportunities, preparing quality of earnings reports, and addressing other risks associated with acquisitions.
  • Provide transaction advisory services to businesses looking to sell, assisting owners and management with preparing financial reporting and accounting records in anticipation of the business going out to market.
  • Conduct business valuations, including analysis of discounted cash flows, capitalization of earnings, comparable companies, merger and acquisition transactions, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment testing, and stock option analysis.
  • Prepare quality of earnings analysis and assist privately-held business owners with ownership transition needs involving management buyouts, family transition, third-party sales, or ESOP transactions.
  • Work closely with the practice leader in key business development initiatives and demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence, client service, and professional growth.
