We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Practice Nurse to join our team at Operose Health. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the registered manager in maintaining compliance with CQC outcomes and work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patient needs.
- Provide care for presenting patients, including treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluation of care.
- Work closely with the practice team to ensure practice policies and procedures are followed.
- Annual salary of up to £48,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
- 1 week paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year, as well as in-house CPD training sessions tailored to meet your needs.
