Practice Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Practice Nurse to join our team at Shakespeare Road Medical Practice in Basingstoke. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of our patients.
About the Role:- Provide and maintain a high standard of nursing care for patients, including those with long-term conditions.
- Work autonomously to deliver evidence-based practice and make clinical decisions.
- Collaborate with the general practice team to support the delivery of policy and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of preventative health care initiatives for the practice population.

Requirements:- Current registration with the NMC.
- Educated to diploma level (A&E or Practice Nurse Qualifications or equivalent).
- Qualified practitioner / completed a minimum of one recognised level 6 Autonomous Practice Module relating to the diagnosis and management of either injuries or illness.
