About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead our efforts in optimizing our digital presence and driving organic traffic as we scale our international business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing our SEO strategy, working closely with the Head of Acquisition Marketing and the Lead Product Manager for D2C.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an SEO strategy with a focus on technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building.
  • Conduct site audits, resolve technical SEO issues, and collaborate with the product team to enhance site architecture.
  • Lead keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities that inform content strategy and product development.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMRush.
  • Collaborate with the design team to execute A/B tests for UX optimization and stay ahead of SEO trends and algorithm updates.
  • Oversee relationships with external agencies or consultants to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, preferably in an e-commerce environment with a large product catalog.
  • Hands-on experience with the Shopify platform is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and link-building strategies.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to make technical recommendations.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
