Key Responsibilities
  1. Carry out routine maintenance tasks and repairs on a wide range of equipment, including bespoke machinery
  2. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
  3. Collaborate with technicians and production operatives to ensure productive workflows
  4. Report any equipment failures to the Engineering Manager
  5. Manufacture parts using machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders
  6. Assist with installations of new tools and machines
  7. Provide general maintenance support across the site
Requirements
  • Mechanical engineering experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • A fundamental understanding of industrial electrical circuits
  • Experience working with machines such as lathes and mills
  • A basic understanding of electronic engineering
  • A full UK driving license
