ABOUT THE CHANNELS & SOLUTIONS TEAMThe Channels & Solutions team is focused on enhancing client engagement through media activation, driving business performance, and integrating diverse capabilities to fuel client growth.
ROLE OVERVIEWThe Social Solutions Partner will report to the Digital Solutions Managing Partner. This role involves leading the Paid Social team and playing a crucial role in cross-channel knowledge sharing and integration across Group M.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Spearhead the development of Paid Social Solutions for Group M's digital offerings and create strategic roadmaps for the Social product.
- Build and maintain relationships with key social media partners (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) and establish annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and a Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process for Channels & Solutions.
- Ensure a consistent recruitment experience for candidates.
- Lead Social-related aspects of New Business initiatives, as well as upselling and cross-selling services and capabilities.
- Oversee the Paid Social capability and its integration with other channels and functions across Group M.
- Proven track record in developing and executing Paid Social strategies.
- Experience in organizations with multiple business units.
- Expertise in crafting strategies that span multiple markets or operate on a global scale.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all facets of Paid Social.
- Ability to simplify Social concepts for clients and internal teams.
- Experience in leading and nurturing a talented, diverse team.
