This role presents an exciting opportunity as a Business Analyst within the MIS & Analytics Team, which aims to optimize the global servicing network processes by establishing a premier MIS and analytics function. The scope of MIS and analytics encompasses the dynamic and fast-paced global credit landscape, including both traditional credit offerings and new products entering the market.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to support reporting initiatives and deliver insights by utilizing analytical methods to elucidate business performance. A keen attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and a passion for using data to enhance business outcomes are essential.
How will you contribute in this position?
- Monitor and track essential performance metrics across the credit function to support MIS.
- Organize and synthesize complex information to generate business insights and conduct analytics to comprehend performance trends.
- Create and disseminate regular reports to align with business objectives.
- Connect analytics and insights to ongoing strategic initiatives.
- Employ various data analysis tools and techniques to pinpoint opportunities for operational and management information enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Relevant experience in Data Analytics - University Degree, certification, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in SQL & Tableau; while training will be provided, a solid foundation in at least one of these areas and a proven ability to quickly and independently acquire new technical skills is required.
- Strong time management abilities and a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Credit Servicing, Corporate, or Collections environments is advantageous.
