We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Capital and Finance Assistant to join our Partner Affairs and Tax team in London. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of partner capital and providing tax advisory and compliance services to the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Capital Management: Prepare loan documentation, track partner responses, reconcile capital accounts, and post partner capital movements in SAP.
  • Tax Advisory: Onboard new partner tax forms, set up partner orientation meetings, and prepare mortgage reference letters.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain partner worksite files, update capital slide packs, and assist with annual Current Account statements.
Requirements:
  • Extremely well organized with a close attention to detail.
  • Intermediate or above Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
