Job Summary

Prospect Health is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Pharmacist to join our team as a key member of our independent pharmacy group. As a Pharmacist with Prospect Health, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills and expertise to directly interact with patients and make a positive impact on the community.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Pharmacist who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of our teams and ensuring the efficient delivery of all services. You will also have the opportunity to participate in comprehensive training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of our teams and ensure the delivery of GPhC standards of practice.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and interact with patients in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, including support for the IP qualification.
  • Contribute to the growth of private services and develop tailored training programs to enable pharmacists to excel in their chosen fields.

Benefits

  • Monday - Friday, alternate Saturdays preferred.
  • Advertised salary based on 44.5 hours per week, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • 33 days holiday.
  • Bonuses available in addition to basic salary (to be discussed).
