About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist to join our team at Prospect Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of our healthcare teams and ensure the delivery of GPhC standards of practice.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide comprehensive patient care and medication management services.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our private services, including tailored training programs for pharmacists.
  • Participate in the delivery of GPhC standards of practice and contribute to the development of our healthcare teams.
Requirements
  • Must be a qualified Pharmacist with GPhC registration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medication management, with the ability to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the success of our organization.
