Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and robust backend systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into well-designed and efficient code.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable and efficient backend systems using C# and.NET
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to software development best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into well-designed and efficient code
  • Ensure the security and performance of backend systems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in backend development using C# and.NET
  • Proficiency in.NET Framework &.NET Core
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services including App Services, Functions, Blob Storage, and Service Bus
  • Experience with designing and developing scalable and efficient backend systems
  • Understanding of software development best practices including version control (Git) and testing methodologies
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Azure Fabric/Synapse would be an advantage

What We Offer

This role offers unlimited holiday, a salary of up to £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience), and a chance to make a difference to the company and our customers.
