Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and robust backend systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into well-designed and efficient code.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable and efficient backend systems using C# and.NET
- Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring security and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into well-designed code
- Ensure the security and performance of backend systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in backend development
Requirements
- Extensive experience in backend development using C# and.NET
- Proficiency in.NET Framework &.NET Core
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services including App Services, Functions, Blob Storage, and Service Bus
- Experience with designing and developing scalable and efficient backend systems
- Understanding of software development best practices including version control (Git) and testing methodologies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of Azure Fabric/Synapse would be an advantage
What We Offer
This role offers unlimited holiday, a salary of up to £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience), and a chance to make a difference to the company and our customers.
