Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of specialty drinks, including espresso-based beverages and teas
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions efficiently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with brewing methods, beverage blends, and food preparation techniques to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
