Barista Opportunity at One Retail

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at One Retail in Northwich. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality drinks and serving food to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks and food items to our customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and surrounding environment
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions in a professional and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction
  • Learn and implement new brewing methods, beverage blends, and food preparation techniques to enhance our menu offerings
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
