As a Product Asset Specialist within the Product Management team at ASSA ABLOY Sicherheitstechnik GmbH, you will play a vital role in supporting regional Commercial teams by enhancing their product knowledge and providing guidance on how to accurately specify and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support and Training - Collaborate with the Product Manager to improve regional teams' self-reliance in managing intelligent locker solution projects.
  • Tools and Guides Development - Contribute to creating and refining tools that simplify project specification and pricing.
  • Market Intelligence and Customer Insights - Attend meetings and industry events to gather and share customer feedback, market intelligence, and contribute to product strategy.
  • Organisational and Analytical Skills - Utilize your skills in asking the right questions to solicit key requirements about functional and non-functional aspects.
  • Commercial and Technical Prowess - Demonstrate a proven balance of commercial and technical expertise, with a keen ability to assess priority, urgency, and importance of issues or challenges.

Desirable skills include experience in the equipment/asset management solutions space, proficiency with Jira and Confluence, and strong negotiation and partner management abilities. Project management expertise is highly advantageous, particularly in solutions involving both hardware and software components.
