**Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands**

As the** **Head of Service Delivery** for Traka Technology, reporting to **Head of Traka Technology, **you will be the linchpin between Traka Technology and the regions we serve. Your primary goal is to oversee the service delivery model, ensuring it meets the high standards expected by our regional partners. You will play a critical role in managing any service issues and driving forward improvements that benefit the regions directly. Your success will be measured by the Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback from the regions and the financial growth achieved therein.

**What you will do**
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with regional heads to ensure a deep understanding of their business needs and how they can be met by Traka Technology.
- Oversee the entire service delivery process out to the regions, acting as a first point of contact for discussions around business feedback, growth plans, problem solving and innovation.
- Monitor and manage large scale projects across Traka Technology.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of service provided by Traka Technology, ensuring alignment with regional growth objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service improvements and innovation that cater to regional requirements.
- Monitor and report on the service performance metrics, including regional NPS scores and financial growth, taking corrective action when necessary.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing service focused function, fostering a customer-centric and results-driven culture.
- Participate in the Traka Technology Operational Board meetings, representing your regional customers; advocating for their requirements and ensuring customer focus is an integral part of any decision-making.

**What we expect of you**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in service, operations or project management, preferably within the key and asset management, access control, security, or IT sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver operational results a complex and evolving environment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven record of influencing stakeholders to achieve desired results.
- Strategic and analytical thinking, with robust business acumen and the capability to turn insights into effective operational plans.
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong customer-oriented mindset, with a knack for anticipating and exceeding customer expectations.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within the UK and, on occasion, to other locations as required.
