Care Assistant Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
* Support clients with their medication and provide practical assistance with daily tasks
* Help with shopping, mealtimes, and housework
* Follow individual care plans and work closely with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients

**What We Offer**

* Competitive hourly rate of £12.00 (weekend rate £12.50)
* Travel time paid at £11.44 per hour plus 45p mileage
