Fostering Plus Foster Carers

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced and compassionate individuals to join our team as Fostering Plus Foster Carers. As a Fostering Plus Foster Carer, you will provide specialist care and support to children with significant learning and physical disabilities who require 24-hour care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Support children in achieving their full potential and promoting their independence
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of children
