Fostering Plus Foster Carer Role

We are seeking experienced individuals to join our team as Fostering Plus Foster Carers, providing specialist care for children with significant learning and physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing 24-hour care for children with complex needs
  • Working collaboratively with a wide range of agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
  • Receiving tailored training and support to meet the individual needs of carers and young people

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people
  • Availability to provide full-time care for children
