Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP PTP Functional Lead with a robust background in SAP and materials management. The ideal candidate will possess between 12 to 16 years of comprehensive SAP experience, with a minimum of 10 years dedicated to the MM domain, including significant involvement in at least 5 complete S/4HANA implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic input in project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with objectives, specifications, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
  • Collect and structure business/user requirements, conducting thorough feasibility analyses.
  • Engage in application design focused on systems architecture and integration.
  • Implement best practices and develop innovative solutions to meet the evolving demands of the business.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities and deliver production support, emphasizing business continuity and customer satisfaction.
  • Create detailed technical and functional specification documentation.
  • Design and execute system/unit test plans, including user acceptance testing.
  • Formulate implementation schedules and oversee system deployment.
  • Ensure that project success criteria are consistently achieved.
  • Foster strong relationships with IT and business stakeholders to effectively meet organizational goals.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will demonstrate extensive hands-on experience in SAP implementation across multiple projects, showcasing a deep understanding of materials management and logistics execution functionalities. A thorough knowledge of various procurement processes, including intra-company and intercompany procurement, is essential. Familiarity with import processing and/or SAP-EWM is advantageous.

Excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills are crucial, along with a strong independent work ethic and a collaborative spirit.
