Main Responsibilities- Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care to service users

- Develop effective relationships with service users, their families, and carers
- Contribute to the development of care plans and risk assessments
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to decision-making
- English and Mathematics at GCSE grade C/4 or Functional Skills at level 2
- Evidence of recent study to level 3
- Basic IT skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
