About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our Primary and Secondary Special Educational Needs Schools in Staines. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support to students with special educational needs, helping them to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with special educational needs in a Primary and Secondary school setting
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Provide one-to-one support to students as needed
- Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with SEN students (not essential)
- A positive attitude and a calm nature
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
