The Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for producing and delivering drinks that meet our company standards and ensuring that the service you provide meets our service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a friendly, efficient, courteous, and consistent service is provided at all times.
  • Keep the bar area and storage areas clean and to the expected standards.
  • Develop a good working relationship with colleagues and other departments, maintaining high levels of communication, teamwork, and respect.
  • Be fully knowledgeable of all food and beverage menus, preparing, presenting, and selling beverage items, hot and cold, and explaining their composition and up-selling to guests.
  • Understand licensing laws and trading standards regulations.
  • Understand your responsibility in relation to Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Fire Safety (both statutory and Company).
  • Carry out jobs as dictated by the management team.

Requirements

  • A passion and energy for people skills and flair for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Must be very friendly and professional in approach.
  • The highest standards of personal grooming, appearance, and posture.
  • At least one year of experience in hospitality.
