Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of several bars across various events, ensuring efficient service delivery and high standards of quality.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of bartenders and bar staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor stock levels, control costs, and ensure profitability, taking ownership of departmental financial and guest score targets.
- Work closely with the events team to provide a seamless guest experience, ensuring that all events are executed to the highest standard.
- Develop and implement new ideas and initiatives within the department, collaborating with the Head of Meeting and Events to drive business growth.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager with a passion for leading teams and delivering exceptional service. You will be a strong communicator, with excellent leadership and customer service skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
You will be a proactive problem-solver, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. You will also be an inspirational leader, able to develop and motivate your team, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
