Job Title: Director Business Planning

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Director Business Planning to lead our operational planning, MI, and insights functions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing active ongoing insights around our data, implementing new ways of work and innovation in the production of MI and business forecasts, and developing MI and data insight production and visualisation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational planning strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Lead the production of MI and business forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain data integration and visualisation tools to support business decision-making
  • Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operational planning, MI, and insights roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and processes
