Job Title: Director Business Planning

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Director Business Planning to join our team at People's Partnership. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing active ongoing insights around our data, implementing new ways of work and innovation in the production of MI and business forecasts, and driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven business strategies to drive growth and improvement
  • Lead the development and maintenance of MI and business forecasts, ensuring accuracy and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Design and implement data visualization tools to support business decision making
  • Manage and develop a team of data analysts and business intelligence specialists

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business planning and data analysis, with a strong track record of driving business growth and improvement
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and the ability to develop and implement business strategies
