Bar Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Henely Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the bar operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and leading a team of bar staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the bar operations, including stock management, ordering, and inventory control.
  • Lead a team of bar staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve bar sales, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.
  • Monitor and control bar costs, including labor, inventory, and overheads.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of bar operations, including stock management, ordering, and inventory control.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve bar sales, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.
