Tonic Talent is recruiting for a skilled Bar Manager to join a high-performing gastropub in Solihull. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in first-class establishments, a passion for beverages, and a talent for training and developing their team. Key responsibilities include managing the bar operation, leading a team of servers and bartenders, and maintaining high standards of service and quality.
