We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our team at Jamie Cann House in Ipswich. As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing essential care to our customers, ensuring their dignity, respect, and well-being are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and social activities.
- Support customers with temporary or terminal illnesses, providing emotional and practical care as needed.
- Assist with light domestic duties, such as bed making, and help with eating and drinking.
- Support customers with social, physical, and mental stimulation activities, such as hobbies and recreation.
We are looking for a warm and friendly individual with a natural caring nature, a great sense of humour, and a positive energy that brings a smile to people's faces. You will be a great listener with a caring and supportive attitude, and you will focus on the individual and not the routine.
