The Oracle CPQ Consultant is a key player in driving client success through the effective implementation and management of Oracle CPQ solutions. This role involves leveraging Oracle CPQ expertise to design, configure, and deploy solutions that address complex business requirements and enhance sales efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Solution Implementation: Lead the deployment of Oracle CPQ solutions from start to finish, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  2. Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for clients during the implementation phase, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  3. Customization & Integration: Tailor Oracle CPQ applications to meet specific client requirements, integrating the CPQ system with existing CRM and ERP systems to ensure data flow and process alignment.
  4. Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for client teams to ensure effective use of the Oracle CPQ system, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues that arise post-implementation.
  5. Documentation & Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integrations, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Best Practices & Innovation: Stay current with the latest Oracle CPQ features and industry best practices, proposing and implementing enhancements that drive additional value for clients and improve overall system performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with Oracle CPQ solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration, with a strong understanding of business process automation and sales efficiency.
  2. Project Management: Proven experience managing CPQ implementation projects, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, with relevant certifications in Oracle CPQ highly desirable.
