Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Hooe Primary Academy. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers to deliver high-quality lessons and interventions, and contribute to the overall success of our school. Key Responsibilities: * Provide high-quality support to teachers in the classroom, including planning, preparing, and delivering lessons * Assist with the development and implementation of educational programs and activities * Support the development of children's skills and knowledge in a range of subjects * Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure the smooth running of the school Requirements: * Experience of working in a primary school setting * Strong understanding of effective teaching methods and strategies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to build positive relationships with children, teachers, and other staff members * GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English grade C/4 or above About the School: Hooe Primary Academy is a happy and ambitious school where everyone is passionate about learning.
