Job Summary
The Priory Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team as a Private CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist. This is a full-time position that requires a strong clinical background and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and expertise in the assessment and management of patients with complex mental health needs.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the individual needs of patients.
- Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and service development.
Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree and MRCPsych.
- Full GMC registration with a license to practice.
- Registration on the specialist register with CAMHS CCT/CESR, along with valid AC Status.
- Experience and knowledge in CAMHS.
- Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice, as well as the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Code of Practice.
- Commitment to continued professional development.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
