About the Role
Cubitt & West is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Branch Manager to lead our estate agency team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of property experts, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of property sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and sales support.
Requirements
- Proven track record of sales leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Full driving license and ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
