Senior Test Engineer Opportunity

IC Resources is seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer to join our client's growing team. As a Senior Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, manufacturing, testing, and commissioning board and system-level test equipment for cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate test specifications and create comprehensive manufacturing data packs for test equipment.
  • Collaborate with the wider engineering team to develop a design-for-test (DFT) strategy for new products.
  • Ensure all technical compliance and regulatory standards are met, including the maintenance of relevant test documentation and certifications.
  • Coordinate and manage external laboratory testing to ensure products meet all regulatory approvals.
  • Guide engineers on regulatory compliance during product development.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a test engineer with knowledge of regulatory & compliance procedures in an industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in microcontrollers, FPGA, CPLD, mixed analog and digital circuit designs, ADC, and DAC.
  • Familiarity with communication protocols such as UART, CAN Bus, I2C, SPI, and USB.
  • Practical experience in software design for test equipment, including scripting languages, C and C++, and in-circuit debugging (ICD).
  • Strong debugging skills with the ability to integrate and validate electronics and system designs.
