Your Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Resource Specialist, you will effectively handle candidate applications and actively seek out potential candidates.
Your Key Duties Will Include:
Application Review:
Assess candidate applications and shortlist CVs to identify the most suitable candidates.
Telephone Screening:
Conduct thorough phone screenings, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
Candidate Sourcing:
Actively seek out top candidates using various job boards and platforms to expand our talent pool.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain and update the CRM system diligently, ensuring all candidate information is accurate and organized.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven Experience:
Demonstrated success in a phone-based role or a similar recruitment position.
Strong Communicator:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of building rapport with candidates.
